Expansive Glass Bifold Doors:
The focal point of this extension is the impressive glass bifold doors that open up completely onto a same-level patio. These doors blur the line between indoors and outdoors, flooding the space with natural light and offering a picturesque view of the garden. When open, they create a seamless transition, inviting fresh air and sunshine into the heart of the home.
Pitched Roof with Floor-to-Ceiling Glass:
The pitched roof design adds an architectural flourish to the extension, making it a striking feature of the property. The ceiling-to-floor glass panels not only enhance the aesthetics but also maximise daylight penetration, ensuring a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the day. Even on the gloomiest of days, the extension remains a beacon of light.
Seamless New Flooring:
To achieve a harmonious flow between the new extension and the existing house, we installed new, uniform flooring throughout the ground floor. This flooring not only visually connects the spaces but also offers a practical, low-maintenance solution for modern living.
Alltrades
The full range of all of our trades were required on this job including brickwork, steels, electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring (LVT), painting, plasterwork, hard landscaping (patio built and covered with Indian stone) & carpentry. Through our contacts we also facilitated glass balustrading and carpeting for the client.

As 2 South African women taking our first leap into doing a major building extension in the UK, we were very nervous. We had heard horror stories from friends about building in the UK. From the seamless joining of the wonderful new extension they built to the main house, to the elegant flooring which runs throughout the ground floor, and the perfectly painted walls, every aspect of the construction was executed with professionalism, precision and care.
Very importantly, they stuck to their quote and our budget so there were no nasty financial suprises sprung on us.
We now have (what feels like) a completely beautiful new home that we feel incredibly proud of, thanks to Ben, Paul and the rest of the team.
