Project Description:
On this job we squared the back of the house with a single storey extension which tied into the already existing house. We made this space into a kitchen/diner with an added utility room, the boiler was then moved from the old kitchen into the newly renovated room. We finished with new radiators and flooring throughout the space. The old kitchen was then converted into a peaceful living room/snug.

The full range of all of our trades were required on this job including brickwork, steels, electrical, plumbing, roofing, flooring (LVT), painting, plasterwork, hard landscaping (patio built and covered with Indian stone) & carpentry. Through our contacts we also facilitated glass balustrading and carpeting for the client.

Ben and his team completed a rear extension to our property earlier this year. We had fallen out of love with our house but Ben and his team transformed it into a home that we now love.

Our project consisted of a complete redesign of our entire ground floor along with structurally securing 2 elevations of the house. This was no easy task along with rising costs of materials, covid and storm Eunice all thrown into the mix. However Ben and his team worked incredibly hard throughout all the challenges that were presented.
I work in the construction industry and to meet such competent, polite & tidy contractors was a pleasure, this is the difference when you appoint a family run business as they genuinely care.
Alltrades use the same subcontractors that they obviously have long term relationships with and this is so important on projects. Every sub-contractor trade that was brought in was fantastic along with the team Ben, Paul, Scott & Jay. They were all friendly, polite and hardworking.
The build was finished to a high standard and incorporated my never ending list of requirements! Paul fitted our kitchen to a high standard, that we are so happy with. The entire project has exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Alltrades. Thank you Ben, Paul and your entire team for everything.
